How can Peerspace help me streamline my meeting rental business?

How is overtime handled?
Peerspace handles overtime and extra charges so you don’t have to worry about it. Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments. The overtime rate is chosen by the host and can be 1x or 1.5x the hourly rate and paid to you after successful completion of the booking.
How do I get paid for my bookings?
All transactions are securely managed through Peerspace and our payment provider. Hosts are typically paid within three days of their booking date via direct deposit.
How does Peerspace’s Host Insurance protect me?
Peerspace provides a $1M supplemental general liability coverage for all bookings. While we require hosts to maintain a primary commercial liability policy, our added protection provides peace of mind when booking new guests in your space. Learn more about our policy.
